This transport option is keep cool and in a truck. All goods are palletised. It is typically the transport option for larger orders within the European continent.

1. We organise this transport for you, as a free service. We do not charge you extra for it.
2. We work with Stef (previously Nagel) for most destinations in Europe, but for your destination we propose a different solution.
3. Keeping the cold chain during road transport is usually not a problem. However, we always offer an extra service of including a temperature logger into your shipment, as a precaution. Especially to faraway locations, such as Austria, Russia and Finland, this is a good idea.

Important with this type of transport is to check the condition of the goods at the moment of arrival. If you have any suspicions, do not simply accept the shipment, but notify this during delivery. You need to note this on the transport document, or any later claims will be forfait.
